The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.
In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.
This forum may send you electronic messages (e-mail), such as activity notifications, or newsletters, sent by Forumotion or by an administrator of this forum. You can choose in your profile preferences to receive or not each of these messages.

Rules Of The Forum
-All posts posted by the user are the responsibility of the user-
Minor swearing can be over looked, however strong language and language that offends others will not be tolerated. Racism and racist slurs will result in an immediate IP ban without warning. See harassment for further information.
The only language allowed is English. We do not discriminate, we just simply don't have the time and staff to learn every language.
Harassment of any user will not be tolerated. If a user is harassing you please report it using the report feature or by sending a personal message (pm) to an admin.
Note: Sufficient proof of harassment must be provided. Sufficient proof would include (but is not limited to) copies of Pm's, time stamped copies of chat box messages, and screen shots. If a user feels that they are being abused by a Moderator or Administrator they should e-mail or pm the Administration so the matter can be resolved.
Users Harassing others will receive 2 warnings followed by a 1 day ban for their first offense. Repeat offenders will be subject to bans lasting 7 days or more without warning.
Staff impersonation will result in a ban determined by the staff. Any user found with user names such as "M0d3rat0r", "ADm1ni5trat0r", "S1te0wner", etc will be deleted on site.
Spam will be deleted on site and the user will be warned. If the spam continues, further actions will be taken as they are deemed necessary.
Spam includes but is not limited to:
-Spamming messages in the Chatbox
-Posts that do not pertain to the topic being discussed
Any offensive, inappropriate, and racial pictures will be deleted on site followed by a warning or ban.
This includes but is not limited to pictures:
-Of an extreme sexual nature
-Containing swear words
-Containing racism or racist slurs
-Harassing users in any way
Each user is allowed one account. Any user found with more then one account each account deleted until the limit is reached. The user will then be warned. Serious offenses will result in a ban.
Advertising of any kind is not allowed on this forum. People who break this rule will be subject to a ban/deletion, no questions asked.
Please do not bug the Administration with a lot of questions and suggestions! All questions should be posted in the "Support Board" and Suggestions go into "Suggestions Board" (each board can be found at the bottom of the "Daily Discussion" section). The Administration only wishes to be contacted for reports and bugs found in the forum. All other questions not covered by one of the above options may be directed to one of the Site Moderators.
